Over the past two weeks, great controversy had erupted over an online casino. The controversy stems from the fact that this casino has used the likeness of Michael Jackson in order to build their casino.

The attorney for Michael Jackson’s estate, Howard Weitzman, has already told TMZ, the agency which broke the story, that he will “take whatever legal actions are necessary to shut this operation down.”

As of August 7th, the site is no longer accessible. Instead it brings visitors to parking page provided by GoDaddy, the company hosting the website. The cached copy in Google goes back to August 3rd. None of the images can be viewed in the cache, so the site is barely accessible for viewing.

According to reports, GoDaddy has also been caught up in the fray, and they may be receiving a lawsuit of their own.

While it is unknown whether this casino had intended on joining the ranks of the best USA casinos, it is almost assured that Michael Jackson Online Casino will not go making ts mark on the world of online gambling – at least, not outside of the controversy that this casino has caused.
